  1. The human resource component is the most important of all resources in the organization due to the fact that is the resource with the creativity and the ideas. Computers, business strategy , business plans are all important ingredients but human resources gives a company viability and competitive advantage. It is true that there are companies which have become highly automated but even in their cases the human element still plays a role in their sustainability. Remember without human resources the business plan or the strategic plan cannot work.
