What is Human Resource ?

William R. Tracey,in "The Human Resources Glossary," defines Human Resources as : "The humans that workforce and function a business enterprise," as contrasted with the economic and cloth assets of a company.

A human resource is a single man or woman or worker inside your organization. Human resource refer to all the people you employ.

Human resource is likewise the characteristic in an organization that offers with the people and problems related to human beings which includes

  • Compensation and benefits
  • Recruiting and hiring employees
  • On boarding personnel
  • Overall Performance management
  • Training and corporation development
  • Culture

Human Resources group of workers is likewise responsible for advising senior team of workers about the impact on human beings (the human assets) of their monetary ,planning and overall performance decisions.Managers rarely talk the effects of their decisions on the human beings in the
organizations.It is regularly predictable that choices are driven by greater without difficulty measurable processes which include finance and accounting.

Human Resources development from the term: personnel,as the capabilities of the field,moved beyond paying employees and handling worker benefits.

The evolution of the HR function gave a credence to the truth that human beings are an organizations most viral aid.People are and organizations most considerable asset.

As a corporations most massive asset, personnel should be hired,satisfied,motivated,developed and retained.
